Lindy Strong from the UK introduced Forgiveness Therapy during the Frequency Healing Intensive in November. This 9 week training is for personal breakthrough as well as a certification program for use in professional and volunteer settings

Unforgivness is toxic; left inside, it will infiltrate the physical body, as well as infecting us emotionally, spiritually and relationally.

Forgiveness Therapy Training will first lead you through your own process of forgiveness, and then train you how to utilise tools to help others unpack their pain and heal from the wounds inflicted upon them.

Sessions are video with interactive activation time as we build community here at Joy Centers, 310 Pine Ave Snohomish.  SATURDAYS 5-7 PM with the exception of the second week in February will take place on Sunday the 9th and the last session will be Sunday April 5th.
