Chedvah is a Hebrew word for joy.  The Hebrew language is better understood through pictures.  The word picture for chedvah is that of one seemingly fenced in with no way of escape and “Behold! A door in the fence!”  This time of year can stir up many emotions and behavior that can feel impossible to stop. Possibly realizing your authentic self or a dream in your heart seems out of reach. Is it your health what overwhelms you? Call on Chedvah and let hope move you to look again for the door.  Hope opens space for faith, faith opens our eyes to see what we did not see and in comes chedah; overcoming strength. Joy is the second highest vibration and as a result joy brings healing into every system body, mind and spirit.

The Joy of the Lord is your strength.

This is the season that we celebrate tidings of great Joy entering into the world.  The greatest vibration of joy and love came to reset all of humanity.  He shook the grave of fear and death and ushered in peace, liberty and abundant life.  He is Chedvah!

Joy to the world the Lord has come!

May you find Joy this season as you gather, as you go, as you give and celebrate in whatever way you do or don’t.  May your heart receive the still small voice that knows you by name who is singing your song and delights over you. He is for you and is celebrating your precious and unique expression in the earth.

“Go your way, eat the fat and drink sweet wine and send portions to him for whom nothing is prepared… do not sorrow, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”

Cheers to Chedvah! Richelle
