In this space we are learning different forms of meditation, breathing exercises and listening practices.  We meditate together and we share our experiences as we develop the practice of quieting ourselves to heal and connect with God, our highest self and with each other.

We all wanted more time growing together as a community so we have expanded to 2 times a month; the first and third Tuesdays.  All are welcome.  We are a membership association.  We are building a community rich with life, love and faith.  All are welcome; membership paperwork and small monthly fee covers all classes and other benefits. First time guests are welcome.
