7 Years & Going Strong
10/10/25 marks 7 years on mission to restore hope, health and joy one person at a time until whole cities are transformed.
I’d been holding a vision for healing for many years, implementing it in small ways, but I knew I was carrying something greater. It had no structure or clarification, until the summer of 2015. The dream for Joy Centers began to unfold faster than I could write. I could see the vision, I could hear the vision, it was so clear I never doubted that it would come to fruition. I gave my two years notice at Salon Pena, immersed myself in a deep dive to understand frequency healing, light therapy, and protocols that I had never known prior. I understood that I was being given a mandate to help this generation to go long and strong; to develop the strength to authentically emerge, fully alive, fully engaged and full of joy.
I am convinced that if humanity is able to completely let go of fear, we can bring the greatest shift in history. Each of us has a story to tell and a contribution to community that is a unique expression that I am jealous to draw out of people. When I was a teenager, I wrote a song with lyrics that said, “if I cannot be myself, would that not be compromise?” It is only when we are fully ourselves that we have been true to the reason that we exist in the Earth. Each of us has come here on purpose with purpose, and we are all better when we come together in authentic expression able to give our fullest. I believe there is a generation arising who will lead passionately, unafraid, and unashamed to lead people into freedom. There is a war over identity. There is a war over joy and authentic expression.
When we are in physical pain dreams die, visions get put by the wayside, and joy is squelched. So many are suffering physically, emotionally, mentally, socially and spiritually. There are answers; some answers we’ve found, and we continue to search for the answers we have not yet found. I believe this generation is going to find solutions to some of our greatest problems in health and mental health. I will not stop seeking, as long as I live, to find these answers.
Everything that we have brought into Joy Centers are things that we have researched extensively and have found both scientific and testimonial evidence to back it up. It is widely believed both in integrative and naturopathic medicine that 70-75% of all illness has an emotional or trauma based component.
My primary concern is the heart of humanity. My passion is to help individuals go back to places where emotions need to be released where light needs to shine for healing to come. When the heart is free the body begins to heal. When the heart is untethered, we begin to believe in the dreams and visions that have been in the holding. I want to see those dreams and visions. I know they’ve been put into your heart to make a better world. My English roots come out of to the mining industry. Mining runs deep in my veins. I am mining for your true identity, I am excavating with you to unveil the dreams that have been buried. We are here to help you restore the life that you were meant to live.

Pain is not bad if it leads us to seek healing; if it helps us identify that there is a problem. In this, we can thank pain as a gift. No sickness happens overnight and in general it doesn’t go away overnight, but it can go away. We believe in miracles. We believe that there are solutions that have been put into the earth and within humanity that lead to everything that we need to return to vibrant health.
